Unable to set due date for emails sent from Outlook with CRM for Outlook RRS feed

  • Hi,

    I am using Outlook 2010 with CRM for outlook 2011 installed. I am facing difficulties when I send emails from outlook and set the due date. It says error as

    "An error has occurred. Try this action again. If the problem continues, check the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Community for solutions or contact your organization's Microsoft Dynamics CRM Administrator. Finally, you can contact Microsoft Support."
