XLXPhotoViewer Not Operating -- Can't Open MS Photo Gallery Photos RRS feed

    I have a message that reads as follows:

    Error loading C:\Program Files\Windows Live\Photo Gallery\WLXPhotoViewer.dll

    The system cannot find message text for message number 0x%1 in the message file for %2.

     

    The Microsoft Fixi it Center can't seem to correct and I don't know what else to do.  Any help out there?
