Windows 7 Genuine Advantage Error after 6 months use! RRS feed

  • Hello,

    I have a HP ProBook 5310m notebook preinstalled windows 7 home premium. 6 months ago I bought a windows 7 ultimate full (bundle pack) and activated successfully. but today I got a message which tell my windows is not genuine or counterfeit.

    Please review my diagnostic tools and help me to find the problem. Thanks for your help.

    Your problem appears not to be with Windows, but with Office.
    The Key in use for the Office install is a Blocked Volume License Key - and the product itself is one which is only sold in bulk to organisations for use on their own machines.
    If you bought this product, then you were sold a counterfeit.
    If you work for an authorised organisation, then you should contact your System Administrator for assistance.
