vista randomly locks up. RRS feed

  • Question

  •

I just purchased a new Toshiba laptop and it has Vista Home Edition on it.  I randomly locks up and it will not respond to anything.  The only way to get it to restart it to unplug it and remove the battery.  I saw the other threads where you asked for a diagnosis reports so I ran one and I am including it here.  Please help with this issue.

  • Hi BDeLyn

Unfortunately, the support provided in this forum is for Vista Activation and Validation issues and your question is outside our area of knowledge. I suggest reposting your question in one of the Vista Newsgroups http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=42486 or contacting Toshiba tech support as they are your primary hardware/software warranty support provider.

    Thank you,
