    I can not reinstall window live onecare and onecare cleanup keepd saying that I need to have administratkior jprivileges to run this tool??????

    I assume you're running a Vista OS.

    You should right click on the onecare cleanup tool. And choose the option to run it as a administrator.

     

    If youre running under XP, log-in to your computer in a administrator account.
