Hello Paul Robitaille,
You are correct regarding the Windows Vista Home Premium installed on your Gateway computer---this installation is being reported as a Genuine OEM installation, exactly what we would hope to and expect to see. The problem is with your installation of Office.
Please refer to this snippet of your mgadiag report:

Your current installation of Office Enterprise 2007 is a Volume Licensing installation, and the installation was done with a now-blocked Volume Licensing Product Key (VLK).
Blocked VLK means that the product key used to install Office Enterprise 2007 was, at one time, a genuine product key originally issued to a business, educational, or government entity. However, in cooperation with the original keyholder, the key has been blocked by Microsoft from further use, and that could be for many reasons: it was leaked to the internet, lost, or stolen from the entity; the entity no longer has a valid VL agreement in effect with Microsoft; or Microsoft has noticed much more use of the key that the agreement allows for.
If your use of the volume licensing software and this blocked product key is in conjunction with a business, educational, or governmental entity, please contact your IT department for further information.
If you are an individual consumer and purchased this copy of Office Enterprise 2007 from a seller, then you should not have been sold Volume Licensing software and should certainly not have been given this now-blocked key by the seller. Your options at this point include returning to the seller to demand the genuine Microsoft Office that you paid for; to return the software to the seller for a refund; or to read the FAQ to see if you qualify for participation in the Office Genuine Offer: http://www.microsoft.com/genuine/downloads/FAQ.aspx?displaylang=en#ID0EKNAC
If you would like to participate in the Office Genuine Offer, please follow the prompts that the Notifier Utility is displaying to "Learn More."
