Windows Live ID will not recognize my password and cannot access my e-mail or messenger RRS feed

    Is anyone else experiencing problems signing in to thier Windows Live Accounts? I keep getting an error code 80048827 telling me there is a problem with Windows Live ID. I cannot access my primary hotmail account but can my secondary, and I cannot sign in to messenger, as niether one does not recognize my password. I did call a Windows help line and was told it is a current problem they are working on. Is there anyone who has more info?

    Yes, I downloaded last week Windows 8 and Microsoft Home Essential 365 Preview and Essentials 2012 and now can not setup Windows Live Writer - I get the error message that my user name or password is wrong.  Please help... :)
