Outlook Client Plugin - Set Regarding Entity not available for user RRS feed

  • When a specific user tries to set regarding on an email, they are only able to see the account entity. However, other users in this organization are able to see other entities such as order, opportunities, cases, etc.

    All users are on the same version of the plugin and have the exact same security roles. Why would this one user not be able to choose other entities?

  • Is user working online or offline ? If they are offline, it may be they have only synchronised the account entity
