Hello,
I am stumbled into an issue which occurs with MS CRM 2013 build 6.0.1.61.
Settings:
- Server side synchronization option is enabled in MS Exchange section.
- CRM Users' mailbox settings are "Server side synchronization or email router".
- The option "Track e-mails sent between CRM users as two activities" is enabled in System settings.
When user A sends an email to user B, the latter can see this email in his inbox folder, whereas there is no email in Outlook outbox folder of user A. Is it a bug? And is there a workaround for this issue?
