Can't get automatic campaign response RRS feed

  • A campaign is created.

    In a campaign activity, e-mails are sent to the clients in marketing list successfully.

    However, clients response through replying the email could not be tracked in CRM-> Campaign->Campaign Response (even "track in CRM" is activated in outlook).

    How to solve it??

  • Did you get a response / resolution to this? We are experiencing something very similar.
