Newsgroups were better format. No clue what fourm to look in.

Question
-
I know technology needs to move forward, but the structure of MS fourms is horrible. Why can't there be one single tree to nav like we had with the newsgroups.
I need to find answers and ask questions about Groove and Workspace 2010, but cannot find a Groove/Workspace fourm. Where do I go? How do I access the all of the knowledge that was in the newsgroups?

I cannot also imagine myself how to manage monitoring so huge traffic as they is usual in Usenet.
Newsreaders are able to manage regex based scoring systems, user rules and uninteresting thread ignoring.
Fortunately there is MS NNTP Bridge.

I agree. The forums structure is horrible. Newgroups have been working for decades and are well known. Very hard to find out information compare to newsgroup.Saturday, May 15, 2010 3:10 AM
