Windows and Office neither are valid

Question

Hello, was asked to post this here:
Hello,
I have a Windows 7 Ultimate machine currently having a recurring issue. A few months ago it started to show Windows was not genuine, at the same time when starting Microsoft Office it would give an error about not being to to validate the key and close the program. We found running Combofix and restarting the computer brought everything back to normal. Unfortuneatly this is a recurring issue with the same "Band-aid" fix over and over. I don't know what to try. I have tried reinputting the key, doing some Windows update fix" that I can't remember exactly what it was. Virus scans, chkdsk, sfc /scannow, nothing has worked. Any insight to this issue? Thanks in advance for any help.
Attached is my diagnostic report:
