Unable to access emails when overseas RRS feed

    I have no issues downloading emails from my iphone. But each time I am overseas, I am unable to do so. The error message reads : Cannot Get Mail, The user name or password for "Hotmail" is incorrect".

    I am very sure the user name and password in my Settings are correct, so I really do  not understand what the problem is.

    Can anyone help? Thanks.
