    I have a technical issue that arose from upgrading to the Fall Creator's Update. What forum should I be posting under?

    Unless this is for a program you wrote you can ask in the Microsoft Community. For example see the following.

    This does not help me at all. I tried asking my technical question there.... they referred me here. Please do not send me in circles.

    I am looking for the appropriate forum to ask technical questions regarding OneDrive because it's interfering with another app by the method it uses to define its directories.

    This is not TechNet. Your thread [Fall Creators Update] Onedrive interfering with WAMP web server in TechNet is what you could have done in response to that first thread.
