    Hi guys,

    Is it possible to know if a machine is being backed up or the status? Either on client or on server...
    Or to have a list of machines that have been backed up during the last backup schedule.

    e.g a call on the client, called GetBackupState(...) or something?

    The Windows Home Server SDK will probably help you. In general, though, no there's no documented way to determine the backup state of a client.
    I'm not on the WHS team, I just post a lot. :)

    If you're using WHS you can click on the Windows Connector and log into the console page.
    Under one of the tabs you wil see Computers and Backup.  You will see what computers are connected to WHS and when it whether it was backed up or not.

    If you double click on a particular computer you will see the history of the backups for that computer.
