Hi,
is it possible to alter email address to get alerts for same account?
I dont want to change my account because of my old threads but i want to
get my alerts in another email rather than current one. how can i do it?

Best option will be the My Settings link on this page, then in the section Other Settings, click on Configure Alerts. This will take you to the general alerts page; On the left side the second link is Your Alerts. Click on that one will show the page allowing modifications in E-mail addresses.
