I have had win 7 and everything for over a year, i have had to replace some items in my tower, motherboard, HD ect. now my windows is saying its not valid? what the hell, i dont want to buy wndows 8 because its a ball of suck, and this license is mine! i paid for the flippen disk, I shouldnt be having this problem!

You have an OEM_SLP Key on what appears to be a Retail motherboard - this will never work.
If this machine came with Windows pre-installed, then you bought a counterfeit and should pursue the vendor for a refund.
If you changed the motherboard, then your Windows license is no longer valid.
If you purchased this copy of Windows believing it to be a retail copy, then you were sold a counterfeit, and should pursue the vendor for a refund.

I don't believe that. I have the same issue and I activated mine directly on the phone with Microsoft. They made sure it was genuine 2 years ago in my case. And now it's not.

Please start a new thread and post your own MGADiag report there - there are many reasons why this can happen, and not all of them are the result of counterfeiting.
