    I do pro bono support for hospice and other NPs.  Just this week I've run into more than a few computers running XP and W7 that are not accepting MS normal updates.  Tried the FixIt app and no joy.  In fact I've only (and I'm guessing here) manage to fix ONE (count um) ONE problem with this software.  When I run the software and it matters not how many times I always get a positive 'it's repaired' and when I re run I'm advise it needs repair.

    I've also tried any number of line item recommendations from various groups again NO JOY

    The one error code I did get was 80070005 which has lead all over h*ll's half acre. But still NO JOY
