    Hi, I'm trying to install Microsoft Fix It Centre and every time i attempt to i do set-up i get the following error:

    "Unable to install troubleshooters, Please check your internet connection."

    My computer is connected to the internet and is operating fine.

    Can you please advise me what to do?

    Thank you for taking an interest in Microsoft Fix it Center (Beta).  To further troubleshoot the problem, would you please let us know if you are behind a proxy and what operating system are you running.

    me too have the same problem as stated above my os is windows xp-sp3

    Hi Rekha,

    Thank you for your response. My operating system is Windows XP Home, Service Pack 3 and am not behind a proxy. I also have Norton 360.

    Pity about not getting a reply as it works on my VISTA laptop but not my desktop with Win XP Pro SP3! I too would like to have a solution as my daughters PC has the same problem.
