Hi, i hope you can help me.

I bought my laptop with windows vista a week ago and I install the Kaspersky Antivirus version 7.0.0.125. So I want to know if the Kaspersky could be the cause because I cannot validate my OS.

    Thanks,

It could be, but without a Diagnostic Report and/or a more detailed description of your issue, I am unsure what form of Validation issue you have or if a program could even be the cause of that form of Validation issue.

In addition to providing me more information, you may also find it helpful to go to http://forum.kaspersky.com and see if anyone has experienced an issue similar to yours and how they may have resolved it.

    Thank you,

p.s. To generate a Diagnostic Report, download and run the Genuine Diagnostics tool at this link http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=52012. Click "Continue" click the Windows tab, click the "Copy" button, then paste the report into a response message in this thread.

  • My problem has been resolved. To validate my Windows Account I just uninstall the Kaspersky Anti-virus and the account was validated. But, I do not reinstall the Anti-virus to avoid the trouble.

    Thank you for your attention.
