    When I run Tune-Up the first step is to remove unnessary files.  I see the hard drive reading however the status
    never advanced past 0%  It will run like this for hours and never go to the next step.

    Tune-Up works fine if I de-select remove unnessary files from settings.

    Any advise on what could be causing this problem.  I un-installed One Care and re-installed with no help.

    I've never actually heard of a stall on that step. I typically disable that option anyway as I tend to empty temp and temporary Internet files when I feel like it. If you want to pursue this, I'd suggest first trying that option manually - it is found at Start/All programs/Accessories/System Tools/Disc Cleanup.
    If it runs fine there, but not from within OneCare Tune-up, contact support.
