    I am having problem viewing contents on Sure Step online. https://mbs2.microsoft.com/SureStep/

    The content page is empty (viewing on latest IE and Chrome), the filters are forever on 'refreshing', and I couldn't get an drop down option. 

    Anyone could advice if I am on the right page for Sure Step online? Thanks.

    Hi,

    the you URL that you have is correct.

    For me it works in IE. It is using Silverlight, so check if you have installed properly.
