I am running Windows 10, version 1903 on my lap top. On January 15, 2020, twenty "quality updates" were installed. Since then, my computer has been a mess.
Some apps are totally gone, such as calendar, e-mail, weather apps, One Note, drop box, personal vault, as well as the Microsoft Store app which prevents me from downloading /replacing the apps lost. My lock screen pic was
gone, same for my desktop background. My default settings are wiped out, so are my Chrome browser file folders. Spent pretty much all day trying to get at least some of the damage fixed when I logged in this morning and found everything again in total disarray.
All my changes had been undone. And come to find out this morning that I seem to be signed in with a temporary profile even though I went through the regular sign-in procedure. I have no idea how to fix this, I'm not a programmer.
