Australian 132058 telephone support not operational RRS feed

    Have been trying to reach Australian Technical Support for the last 4 days.  Each time I ring, I receive a message something like "We cannot provide telephone support at this time"

    1.  What is going on Microsoft??

    2.  Is there another way of getting any tech support from Microsoft?
