Hello solarblast,
The mgadiag report is showing that your installation of Windows XP Pro SP3 is not yet activated. In order for validation to run, the Windows installation has to be activated first.
If you have not already done so, please follow these instructions to activate: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/307890
