Strange behaviour on dashboards - dashboard/list RRS feed

  • We are using CRM 2011 (UR17) On-Premise and one of our users has this problem with his environment:
    In a list in a dashboard, let´s say phonecalls when the user opens a phonecall the window which pops up turns empty or almost empty because you can see an empty dashboard in it with no functionality.

    The only solution I´ve found is pressing the F5 (refresh) key then everything turn back normal. This doesn´t happen all the time, just sometimes.

    The computer involved is using Win7x64 + IE11

    Has anybody seen this behaviour before and/or does know how to fix it?

  • Wild guess here, but try adding the site to Trusted Sites. Also, clear the cache and check to see if there are any toolbars installed that might interfere.
