Syntoy and OneDrive

  I have been using Syntoy for years without any issues. I have recently reimaged my laptop and tried to use SyncToy unsuccessfully today. I am trying to use SyncToy to back up all data in OneDrive to an external USB drive. All OneDrive data is downloaded to my laptop. I have set the folder pair to Echo. When I run SyncToy only the top level folder is Synced to the USB drive. I have thousands of files and yet it will only copy the top level files and folders. None of the subfolders are copied. I can manually copy the data to the USB drive but I am not able to get SyncToy to make the copy. Any ideas on what could be wrong?
