Hi, skylar2015.
Yes - your certifications stay on your transcript forever. However, these older certifications may be marked as "Legacy".
Please note that training courses were/are completely different than proctored "closed book" computer certification exams. I only mention this because you stated the word "courses".
If you want to look up your old transcript, you can contact your local Microsoft Regional Service Center. Be sure to choose the correct one for where you live. Here is a site that lists them all:
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/learning/help.aspxIf you have the MCSE for Windows 2000, you can upgrade to the MCSA for Windows 2012 by passing one exam, 70-417.
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/learning/mcsa-windows-server-certification.aspx#item-2Then you only need two (2) more exams, 70-413 and 70-414, to earn your MCSE for Windows Server 2012.
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/learning/mcse-server-infrastructure-certification.aspxGood luck!

Great answer Davin. Yes, they are considered legacy technologies in present context.
