Some senders cannot email me.

  I am being told that I've been emailed by friends and relatives.
  I get nothing.
  I've been sent invoices by companies via email.
  I get nothing.
  Some things I receive and others I don't.
  I've tried many different email settings and still I don't get some emails.
  Why is this?
  Before you answer, PLEASE know that I've researched the Hotmail help EXTENSIVELY with no results that fix the problem!
