Determine if someone logged into my account on a particular day RRS feed

  • Question

  • Is it possible for Outlook customer service to tell me whether someone logged into or tried to log into my email account during the period between 10:00 AM (PDST) on 9/23/15 and 8:00 AM on 9/25/15.

This is because tried to log into my outlook email account on 9/25/15 and the account said that the password was not correct, although I had used the same password the last time I logged in (9/22/15) and had not changed the password.

Please advise as soon as possible.

  • Hello,

The 'Academic Initiatives - Technical Queries' forum is for posts Related to technical / coding / programming related issues as related to Microsoft's Academic Initiatives.

I'd ask in the Outlook.com forum on Microsoft Community.

As the Microsoft Community is on a different platform, we cannot move the question for you.

Once there, click on Participate near the top of the screen, and select 'Ask a Question' or 'Start a Discussion'
