Can I remove a sub-contact entry? RRS feed

  • Hello all.  I recently added a sub-contact to a contact but I cannot determine how to remove it?  Please advise.

  • Hi,

    You can remove the Sub-Contact by opening the Contact record, in form left navigation pane click on Sub-Contact link item, double click on sub-contact record and delete the Parent Customer field value and save contact record.

  • Jehanzeb has the correct answer below.  We did not notice this initially because we had hidden the 'Parent Customer' field on the Contact record.
