actions and opportunity RRS feed

  • hello,

    I have two users.
    user A has "uses action and user opportunity access level" to this object.
    He create a new opportunity.
    User B edits this opportunity and create new action.

    User A goes to his workflow and choose view "All actions" and he see this actions from User B.
    Why it is happend, if user A has only user action access level.
    And what should i do to change it.
    i want that user A see only his actions

  • Change the relationship between the entities from Parental to Configurable Cascading. See if this fixes it. I've read of some inconsistent behaviour in this so if this doesn't work try adjusting the Assign property of the Configurable Cascading options to see if that helps.

    why I see in view all actions, actions other user if I have user action read access, and I want see only my actions??

  • If you have access to the opportunity, you always have access to the child records if it is a parental relationship. This explains it quite well.

    You'll need to adjust the relationship between the opportunity and the activities to be configurable cascading.

  • ok,

    it is Cascaded Access
    I want to know what should I do to resolve my problem
    (is any setup or something else what can i do to delete or change this cascade access.
    my user must see only his activities)
