How to identify which roll up is applied to the CRM server

  Hi.
  
  You can open 'Add/Remove Programs' form on your server and check 'Show updates' checkbox - under the CRM server line you will be able to see all updates.

  Thanks for the reply.
  
  But when I checked in my staging server I have looked at the 'Add/Remove Programs'. It shows Roll Up3 only. On staging I am sure I have installed the Roll Up 5 (http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=5101D801-976B-4C11-BDFC-000B970EF4A3&displaylang=en) recently. Is there any problem?
  
  And the CRM_Server_Version in HKLM\Software\Microsoft\MSCRM is as 4.0.7333.3. What does this mean?
  
  I had to check the roll up applied to my live servers. But want to cross check the process with my staging server which has Roll up 5 installed.

  The version number shows in the CRM web application, Help>>About Microsoft Dynamics CRM
  The latest version number(rollup 5) is: 4.0.7333.1644
  
  
  The build number of the update rollup packages for the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 server, for the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 client for Microsoft Office Outlook, and for the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 E-mail Router is 4.00.7333.1644. The build number of the update rollup packages for the Portuguese version and the Chinese version for the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 server, for the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 client for Microsoft Office Outlook, and for the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 E-mail Router is 4.00.7333.1645.

  Hi,
  
  I have applied Update Rollup 6 both on the Server and on a machine running the Outlook with Offline Access client.  When looking at 'About Microsoft Dynamics CRM' from the Outlook Client, I get the following versions returned:
  
  Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 (4.0.7333.1750)
  Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 for Microsoft Outlook with Offline Access (4.0.7333.1644)
  
  Is this correct?  I was expecting the Offline Client to also report 4.0.733.1750.
