off topic - Everytime I get back onto internet/MSN I have to re-enter/sign in

  What do I need to do to ??? to keep my signatures/passwords working when I close the browser IE7 so that I don't have to continually (each time I open a browser) change my weather location and .live email?  As far as I know I haven't changed anything to do this.  I did update something and my screen/desktop changed to blue, and maybe after this I started having these problems.  I also seem to be real slow getting connected to anything, I am using Verizon wireless internet and maybe phone usage is the problem.  I am using a wireless router on this laptop computer but my desktop is direct connected and it is slow too.  Any help will be appreciated and tried.  Thanks,  Dale
