Microsoft Specialist Deploying and Designing Microsoft Exchange 2016 Missing - Microsoft Certification Profiles

  • Hello everyone,

    I noticed this morning that the Microsoft Specialist Deploying and Designing Microsoft Exchange 2016 is not showing anymore in the http://www.mycertprofile.com/ for searching, and when I go to see my profile, it's not showing anymore. But I can see it in my transcript.

    This cert was under Microsoft Specialist, and then choose a specialty.

    Have you got the same issue ? Is that cert in fadeout already ?

    Last time I sent a request to fix issues with Microsoft Certification Profiles took months to resolve...

    Confirmed bug with their site, I received this email this week :

    "

    Hello Gilles,

    The cause of this issue has been identified as a change in the Specialty coding for a number of Microsoft Certifications.

    We are working on an emergency site update and hope to have a resolution within the next few days, Wednesday is our forecasted implementation date. Please access your Certification Marketplace profile to view, download and make a purchase of your certification on Thursday, March 30, 2017.

    We apologize for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your patience.

     

    If there is anything else I can do for you, please let me know.  Thank you for choosing Microsoft.

    Thanks for the response. But I cannot state that as answer. I'm aware on how to resolve issues with mycertprofile.com (Microsoft Certification Profile) team using their support email address.

    What I'm trying to raise is some feedback from the community to have either feeds or toughts about this issue, or maybe other issues with mycertprofile.com's portal. Also, I won't hide it, probably one of their staff may look at this and raise some flags on their side. If nobody talks, nothing will change.

    I had numerous incidents with them, some were specific to my profile, and some was more generic and public facing.

    Only trying to help to make things better.
