From an unhappy customer,

Question
-
I am a very angry customer and I am escalating this complaint. Why is it that I install 'Whatsapp', I then have to set up a microsoft account?
I then sign in with my usual account and password. What happen next on several frustrating occasions is the following message.....
WE'RE HAVING A PROBLEM WITH SIGNING IN. MAKE SURE THAT YOU HAVE GOOD RECEPTION. IF YOU DO, THE PROBLEM MAY BE AT THE OTHER END. WAIT A LITTLE WHILE AND TRY AGAIN.
WARNING! This is a serious complaint on highly complicated matters where there is no need. I AM AT THE END OF MY TETHER AND I INSIST SOMEBODY TO TALK TO ME AND COME AND SHOW ME WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE AS THIS IS HIGHLY UNACCEPTABLE!
I CANNOT DO WHAT I'M SUPPOSED TO BE DOING AS I AM HAVING CHRONIC TECHNICAL ISSUES OF NO FAULT OF MY OWN, WHICH I HAVE NO UNDERSTANDING IN ORDER TO RESOLVE THIS RIDICULOUS MATTER! THIS IS YOUR PROBLEM!
From an unhappy customer, this is a matter of priority and it needs resolving with immediate effect!
Yours
Mr Dubique

I think that is a third-party app presented on microsoft store. Looks like you can email them here.
You can also try the windows store app forum here.

whatsapp is not a Microsoft product and you should contact the developer. Care to tell us what kind of phone you have?
