Problem: Workflow to assign case to queue, not working. RRS feed

  • I create a workflow that will assign a case to particular queue. I use condition: if the case's case type is equal to request then the case will be assigned to seo queue. I published the workflow but whenever I create new case with request case type, it is not assigned automatically to seo queue as expected. I also run the workflow to that case but nothing happens. What should I do?
