I just purchased a new machine for my wife to use at work. The notebook computer came with Vista Home Premium on it. Unfortunantly for me she needed Windows Vista Ultimate instead.
So, I did the Windows Anytime Upgrade option and upgraded Vista over the net using the Digital Locker.
Well, The upgrade went flawlessly. Perfect upgrade. Activated and Validated.
One slight issue however. I never received my order confirmation email, nor was my credit card ever charged. As a result I do not have a license key and need to determine whom to contact in order to get this all straightened out. When I use the support option and send an email inquiry, I am told that no record of my transaction is found.
Can anyone give me any ideas on this one?
