Phone field on Accounts form

I've a very basic question to clarify the difference of depiction of Phone field at the form of accounts and in the view/advanced find/data import matched fields.
Actually, the label of the field is set to Phone but its display name is Main Phone.

Hi Ali,
As form labels and field labels are stored separately in the schema, at times it may get out of sync. It is always advisable to have these 2 labels s sync. So if there is a need to change the form label or the field label, make sure the other one is changed as well.

On the form, the label is customizable to potentially be a different value from the field on the entity. So it might say 'Main Phone' on the form, but the label for the field is 'Phone'. Edit the Account form, double click the suspect field and check the label there.

Hi,
It is always advisable to have the same field name for form and advanced find. However if the field is renamed after adding the field to the form, form labels will need to be manually updated.
As mentioned by Chris, click on the field in doubt and make sure the form label is same as field label.

Minal, Thank you for your reply.
I know the customizations that could be made over the fields but it comes by default with the CRM that for accounts Phone field, is placed on the form and as soon as we move for the views or the advanced find we came across the same field but different display name like Main Phone.
I want to clarify the point behind this.
I'm sharing screen shots from the trial version of Dynamics CRM 2015.

Hi Ali,
You are right it is the same field. To be consistent, I would either change the display name in the entity field or change the label on the form.
