DPM not recognize tape drives

  Hi All,

  Currently I use DPM 2010 server for data protection in exchange servers. However, DPM not recognized the tape drives. The status of tape drive on DPM is "unknown". I use IBM tape drive. I had done applied hotfix and rollup 2 update. Anyway, I had done rescan and re-inventory but the result is still unknown status on DPM.

  Any one can help me. Please advise...!
