Installing CRM RRS feed

    I have just installed CRM 3.0, when I log in to the client application, I only see 'my workspace', 'service' and 'settings' in the bottom of left hand pane.  Why is 'marketing' and 'sales' not there?

     

    any help would be much appreciated!

  • Hi Neil,

    By client application do you mean outlook client or same behaviour is also seen when you open MS CRM in browser.

     

    Try this, open the form of the user using which you have login to MS CRM. That may be most probably Administrator. Uncheck the "Restricted Access Mode". Save and than Refresh your CRM window to check if it changes.
