System Scan doesn't work properly RRS feed

  • Hi,
    I have about 5000 global users which I wish to take advantage of E-learning, but I'm a bit frustrated that the system scan seems to be buggy.

    1) If I have the IE 6 popup blocker on, the system scan doesn't seem to recognize that it's on.  I only know that it's on by getting the information bar message.  For that matter, it seems to be a terrible design for a user to click a "Test your Computer" link and be presented with a popup, if one of the issues you're trying to diagnose is whether popup blockers are turned on!

    2) The link to test to see if sound is enabled doesn't seem to work either.

    Self-diagnosis for a global learning audience is really important.  I hope that this can be fixed right away.

    Can you please provide me the URL that you are accessing the System Scan from so I can investigate further?
