Windows 10 Anniversary update failed RRS feed

    Windows update set up to installed automatic updated attempted to install on my Toshiba laptop computer running windows 10 build 1607 (I think). After several attempt the laptop flashes this message: Attempting to restore windows to its previous version.  The laptop is continuously restarting and flashing the above message.  I can't get to my files or setup of any kind.  Please note windows 10 anniversary updated installed without any problems on my desktop.  Is there a solution or has anyone else had similar experience?
