  • Hi John,

Thank you for your interest in Microsoft Fix it Center (Beta).

The instalation process is tailored to provide the optimal experience for interactive users with Internet connectivity. You may log on to your computers either in person or through Remote Desktop (prior configuration is required) and start the installation process through the "Try It Now" button on http://fixitcenter.support.microsoft.com/portal.

    Thanks again for your patronage!

Once you have installed the application on your Internet connected computers and configured them to upload troubleshooting info to the portal on the first run, those computers will show up on the portal when you sign in with the Live ID user account. If your computers are located behind a proxy server, please make sure that the proxy server permits outbound traffic from the computers' machine accounts.

    Best regards,
