I have the same issue others have had. I had a Dell 530S desktop. I upgraded it and built my own, but kept my hard drive. When everything was hooked up, this message, along with the black desktop appeared. The case, which had the
other product key on it, by this time, had been tossed. It was four years old, so I'm not even sure the sticker could have been read. I've run the diagnostics tool. The report is as follows:
