Low domain and page score and no ranking in top 1000 after 3 months, why? RRS feed

  • Question

  • My website http://www.spanish--language.net has a domain and page score of 1 because of low relevancy.

    I have optimised the page for the keyword phrase 'Spanish Language' and have checked the content in relation to other sites targeting this keyword, and for the life of me I don't see why the site is scored so low or that it has not broken into the top 1000 positions.

    Can someone please enlighten me.

    Thank you

  • Unfortunately, there isn't much I can do about rankings. It is purely automated based on our Algorithm. The other sites that you mentioned are not blocked. It is well known that MSNbot is a bit slower than the other two at indexing new sites. As long as you continue building relevant backlinks and you are following our content guidelines, you should not have a problem getting indexed.

  • As well as having the problem mentioned in the previous post, I have a problem with a number of sites that have not been indexed even though they have been live since the end of October.

    Considering that MSN have supposed to have improved its spidering I think that this is really slow! Google and Yahoo in comparison had all sites indexed relatively quickly.

    My sites are;

    http://airtravelblog.info
    http://moneytalksblog.info
    http://thespanishemporium.co.uk
    http://newrecipes.info
    http://mexicanfoodblog.info
    http://bestwwe.info
    http://thepizzablog.info

    Could someone please take a look at this and tell me what the problem is, i don't understand what is causing the delay, the only thing I can think of is that MSN doesn't give as much importance to .info domains, especially since I have created sites 6 weeks ago that have been indexed and ranked already with MSN.
