Adobe Air installation trouble

  Hi,

   I'm having trouble installing Adobe Air on my laptop. I always get this message: "Installing and uninstalling Adobe Air on your system is not allowed by your administrator. Please contact your Administrator." I am the Administrator. My OS is Windows Vista. Please help me. I've tried alot of things but nothing seems to work.
