    I get an email that my free trial has expired, but I paid for a subscription to Live One Care.  Please explain what you mean by "free trial".
    Also when I tried to re-subscribe, you email instructions were too confusing to follow.

    If you have an active One Care subscription and your One Care installation is showing expired or asking for renewal it may just need to be activated. Open One Care, select "Subscribe" and enter the Live ID and password used to purchase your subscription when asked for a Live ID and One Care will activate.
