Windows 7 not genuine? RRS feed

  • Question

  • I too have received a message that Windows 7 is not genuine and I don't understand any of the reports of previous posts, nor how to get the reports that have been posted.  Vista was factory installed on my laptop, so I bought the Windows 7 at Office Max a few months ago.  I had problems with the installation, so I wiped the hard drive, reinstalled Vista using the discs that came with the computer, and reinstalled my copy of Windows 7.

So what do I do now?  I need to be told in simple English, since I don't understand the technical stuff.
