  • Here's the KB article explaining how to increase timeout values for CRM.  I find it useful to implement both Methods for situations that require it: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/918609

  • Did you specify timeout of CrmService, if not try specifying it.

  • Set the executionTimeout attribute value in the Web.config File
    • Open the Web.config file
    • From httpRuntime element in the system.web section as follows:
      <?xml version="1.0"

       encoding="utf-8"

       ?>
      <configuration>
      ...
       <system.web>
       <httpRuntime executionTimeout="900"

       .... />
       </system.web>
      ...
      </configuration>

    • Increase the value of the executionTimeout attribute to avoid time-out errors.
    • Save the Web.config file.

    Hope this helps. Amar
